Simulation improves care, confidence during COVID-19 Drs. Rob Leeper, MD’07, Taryn Taylor, MD’10, and Richard Cherry, MD’93, delivered interprofessional simulation experiences with the goal of helping health care providers learn, adapt and prepare for COVID-19 cases.

Jane Philpott on life inside the care home where 95 per cent of residents have COVID-19 When Dr. Jane Philpott, MD’84, arrived at Participation House in Markham, Ontario, 42 residents had tested positive for COVID-19, six had died and the centre was down to just 10 staffers.
