Bio Sketch
An MD graduate of Western University, Dr. Cooper continued his education at the same institution and completed his residency in Neurology. Following his residency training, Dr. Cooper undertook a research fellowship from the Medical Research Council of Canada (now CIHR) at Harvard Medical School and the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He returned to Western University, joining the Department of Clinical Neurological Scdiences and the Department of Medicine.
He is currently Professor, Department of Clinical Neurological Sciences and Department of Medicine, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry and is a member of The Dr. John H. Kreeft Headache Clinic group at London Health Sciences Centre.
Research
Dr. Cooper’s research includes trials of new medication and treatment in the area of Headache.
