Research interests

My PhD work was on the quaternary structure of E. coli ATP synthase, in particular the relationships between the two b subunits, and between these subunits and the rest of the complex. My postdoctoral studies focused on analysis of protein phosphorylation by mass spectrometry and chemical tools to selectively isolate phosphorylated peptides from complex mixtures. More recently I have become interested in the scholarship of teaching and learning.
