Awards: CAME announces 2018 Certificate of Merit
Congratulations to Dr. George Kim and Dr. Jennifer Vergel De Dios, this year’s recipients of the 2018 Canadian Association for Medical Education (CAME) Certificate of Merit.
CAME is an organization of medical educators for the promotion, advancement and recognition of excellence in medical education, and these awards promote, recognize and rewards faculty committed to medical education in Canadian medical schools.
Dr. Kim, assistant professor in the Department of Family Medicine, and Assistant Dean, Rural & Regional Community Engagement and Dr. Vergel De Dios, assistant Professor in the Department of Anesthesia and Perioperative Medicine, both demonstrate an immense passion for the mentorship and training of future physicians. They will be recognized at the upcoming CAME Annual General Meeting which is held in conjunction with the Canadian Conference on Medical Education (CCME) on April 28, 2018.
